RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you’re product is defective, you can return your items within 14 days.
Simply: email thecaresupplier@gmail.com to request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Please make sure the item and packaging are securely packaged.
IMPORTANT: A return cannot be made without the original packaging. Disposal of the packaging is acceptance of the goods.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKAGING.
We will issue you with a sales return number. Please wrap your item as securely as possible so that everything is safe when it arrives back to us.
Remember to write your sales return number on the outside of your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
Once you have returned your item we will refund you or credit you.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY
Regular parcels are despatched with Royal Mail.
Orders with available stock – received and paid for Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched by the next day for delivery within 5 days excluding bank holidays.
Delivery fees:
- Delivery is £5.50 + VAT (£6.60 INC VAT)
- This only applies to UK Mainland.
